SITE WORK SPECIFICATIONS
Completion of the home includes the following site work:
- Percolation test and septic system design with State approvals.
- Stake out home and driveway location.
- Trees cut (where necessary) and stumps removed.
- Strip loam at home, septic and driveway areas and store on site.
- Drill well (if water not available to lot) and install water system per allowance.
- Excavate for foundation and pour concrete footings to plan and code.
- Form and pour full (nominal 8 ft.) concrete foundation to plan and code with four windows and bulkhead.
- Pour 3 to 4 inch concrete cellar floor.
- Back-fill and grade foundation and home site where required.
- Set delivered home on foundation and complete as per plans and specifications.
- Install concrete front steps with platform and 4ft. x 5ft. rear/side treated wood deck & steps.
- Install septic system and connect to home waste system.
- Install water lines from street/well and connect to home.
- Install electric, cable and telephone lines from street to home.
- Fill and grade driveway with gravel and finish with stone dust top.
- Landscaping is to be grass and/or wood chips for disturbed areas with 8 hardy shrub plantings. Grassed areas will be
limited by the existing on site loam.
- Install flagstone walkway on grass to front steps only.
