EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Exterior walls - 2 x 6 studs - 16" on center
  • 7/16 O.S.B. exterior wall sheathing
  • 4" x 4" vinyl siding
  • Exterior light at front and rear doors
  • Vinyl tilt wash thermopane insulated windows with Low E glass and screens
  • Fiberglass insulated 6 panel front door and fiberglass insulated rear door w/half glass or vinyl patio door (see plan)

ROOF AND CEILINGS

  • 7/12 truss roof 16 in. O.C.
  • 19/32 O.S.B. roof sheathing
  • Underlayment with 25 year architectural shingles
  • Underlayment freeze back protection (per code)
  • Louvered gable end or ridge vents
  • 10"overhang with 6" fascia and soffit
  • 1 ½ in gable overhangs with alum. facia

FLOORS

  • 2 x 10 joists 16" O.C. for 26’ - 28’ wide homes
